About Me

I enjoy finding solutions to problems and making sure they are repeatable (from scratch). I've worked with infrastructure on massive scales (800,000 users on an internal network), as well as in smaller, more startup-style environments (40 employees). Most of my experience is with GCP by a thin margin, but I also have extensive experience with AWS.

I have over 5 years of experience in:

Infrastructure as Code
CI/CD
Configuration Management
Monitoring
Logging
Operational-level Database Administration (backups, user management, upgrades, etc.)

I also have 4 years of specialized experience in networking, previously being CCNA certified. A couple of those years were in network security, specifically doing deep packet inspection and intrusion detection, an area where I held well-respected GIAC certs from the SANS institute (GCIA and GMON).
